Qualified teachers and experienced behaviour analysts work alongside and support our classroom staff.
We also employ additional specialist staff including speech and language and occupational therapists. Different professionals have a say about small and big decisions and work together when making assessments, planning the curriculum, and deciding which teaching methods to use.
