Laying the foundation for independence and inclusion, the Skills for Life course develops essential skills to support personal growth, confidence, and quality of life. It caters for learners with diverse cognitive, physical, and emotional needs through a personalised and inclusive approach. The goal is to build the skills needed to live more independently and engage meaningfully in community life.

Stage one
The foundation stage focuses on establishing sensory routines and learning to be around peers and staff successfully.

Stage two
A focus on increasing independence of skills around the home and in the community.

A focus on generalising skills to all areas of life and accessing further learning.
